Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in HR, business administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years of HR or recruitment experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and administrative abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily HR operations and administrative tasks to ensure smooth department functioning
• Execute recruitment activities including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding to fulfill manpower needs
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation for compliance and reporting purposes
• Support employee engagement initiatives, performance management processes, and staff development programs to enhance workforce productivity
• Assist with payroll processing, leave administration, and other HR-related functions to ensure timely and accurate employee compensation
• Collaborate with various departments to align manpower planning and recruitment strategies with business objectives
• Ensure all HR processes comply with company policies and professional standards
