Job summary

VWR Singapore PTE. LTD. is seeking a customer service professional in Singapore to monitor daily CS operations, train junior staff, and implement SOPs that emphasize speed and accuracy. You will validate material data in SAP, generate quotes, and process orders to ensure on-time deliveries.

The role requires 2–3 years in customer service, with a background in international trade or logistics. Mandarin and English communication are essential in this busy, team-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree with 2–3 years of customer service experience.
• International trade or logistics major is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor Daily operation of CS team and solve trouble.
• Train and support junior CSR to work in a productive/ lean/ efficient way.
• Support to set up SOP to meet the spirit of SPEED and ACCURACY.
• Check the material validity and price effectiveness in SAP.
• Generate quotes upon Accounts Managers’ or customers’ requests in SAP.
• Enter valid orders to initiate product shipment.
• Work with supply chain to meet customer delivery dates.
• Contact customers to ensure valid certificates for chemical goods or DGs.
• Manage orders to ensure complete and on time delivery.
• Create on time invoices upon delivery or completion of installation.
• Manage returns and defective products to logistic centers and provide credits.
• Contribute to quality improvements to ensure business compliance.
• Take ownership of customer issues and resolutions.
• Ensure highest level of customer satisfaction (internal & external).
