DHL Express Singapore is seeking a dedicated Tender & Business Development Executive to oversee tendering processes and drive business development. You will engage potential customers, manage bids, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliant and timely submissions.

The role emphasizes market research, partnerships with government entities, and growth-focused strategies to sustain competitiveness in a global logistics leader.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in tender management or business development.
• Strong understanding of procurement procedures and contract obligations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end tender management including document prep and bid submissions.
• Review contracts, NDAs, and agreements to mitigate risks.
• Collaborate with Sales, Legal, Finance, Operations to gather info and align on tender strategies.
• Maintain centralized database of tender documents and performance metrics.
• Improve tendering processes by applying best practices and efficiency measures.
• Generate leads through market research, events and networking activities.
• Build relationships with external partners including government agencies and chambers of commerce.
• Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to identify high-potential leads.
