Job summary

ByteDance is seeking a motivated intern to join the Global E-Commerce Talent Acquisition team in Singapore. You will gain hands-on exposure to candidate sourcing, resume screening, and interview coordination while building a strong foundation for a career in HR.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Marketing, Economics, Psychology, or related field.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across teams.
• Proactive, resourceful, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and multi-tasking.
• Proficient with Excel or online spreadsheets.
• Available for a full-time internship for 3–6 months.

Responsibilities

• Support candidate sourcing via job boards, social media, referrals and networking.
• Review resumes and identify qualified candidates based on role requirements.
• Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates, recruiters and hiring teams.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity in the ATS.
• Assist in preparing recruitment reports, dashboards and market insights for hiring decisions.
• Ensure timely, professional communication with candidates throughout the interview process.
• Collaborate with recruiters to deliver a seamless candidate experience.
• Support recruitment projects and process-improvement initiatives as needed.
