Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications- Individuals who are currently completing or have recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Psychology, or a related discipline.
• Strong attention to detail and a high sense of ownership
• Genuine interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Solid project management skills
• Business-level fluency in English and Chinese. As daily communication with the China regional business team is required, Chinese proficiency serves as the foundation for smooth cross-regional collaboration.
