Job summary

ByteDance's Global E-Commerce Talent Acquisition team is seeking a Project Intern to support end-to-end recruitment, market insights, and talent-solution advisory across borders. This fast-paced role offers hands-on project work and exposure to a global recruitment function.

You will partner with hiring managers, source candidates, coordinate interviews, and help optimize recruitment channels from Singapore.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology or related field.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and coordination skills with stakeholders.
• Ownership mindset with ability to take initiative and deliver outcomes.
• Resilient and adaptable in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
• Basic understanding of recruitment fundamentals and sourcing approaches.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and advise on talent solutions.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process from briefing to interview coordination and offers.
• Optimise channels and resources to improve hiring efficiency and candidate pipelines.
• Track recruitment outcomes and suggest process improvements.
• Contribute to talent mapping, market research, and recruitment projects.
