Job summary

TikTok Pte. Ltd. offers a full-time internship in the Global Functions Talent Acquisition team in Singapore. You will support sourcing, resume screening, interview coordination, and recruitment analytics while gaining exposure to global hiring across multiple functions.

Ideal candidates are pursuing a Bachelor's degree in HR or related fields, with strong communication, organization, and teamwork. A proactive, fast-paced mindset and availability for 3–6 months are required.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in HR, business, marketing, economics, psychology or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate.
• Proactive, resourceful and capable in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and multi-tasking ability.
• Proficient with Excel or similar spreadsheet tools.

Responsibilities

• Support candidate sourcing through job boards, social media and referrals.
• Review resumes and identify qualified candidates based on role requirements.
• Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates, recruiters and hiring teams.
• Maintain candidate records and recruitment activity in the ATS.
• Assist in preparing recruitment reports, dashboards and market insights.
• Ensure timely, professional communication with candidates throughout the process.
• Partner with recruiters to deliver a seamless and engaging candidate experience.
• Support additional recruiting projects and process improvements as needed.
