Job summary

JERA Global Energy Solutions Pte. Ltd. invites a seasoned HR professional to join the Strategic Workforce Planning team.

You will assist in data collection, reporting, documentation, and coordination across workforce planning, organizational reviews, succession planning, and HR governance. Working closely with HR and business stakeholders, you will help ensure accurate workforce information and support day-to-day planning activities, while expanding knowledge in workforce planning and HR

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in HR, HR operations, or workforce planning.
• Experience in data analysis, reporting and project coordination preferred.
• Exposure to working with international stakeholders across markets is valued.
• Experience preparing reports, presentations, and management materials.

Responsibilities

• Support workforce planning activities aligned with business and organizational requirements.
• Collect, maintain, and validate workforce data and headcount information.
• Prepare workforce reports, presentations, and planning documentation.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to track actions and benchmark practices.
