Job summary

ST Engineering seeks a Workforce Intelligence & Data Strategy Lead to build a scalable people data foundation, deliver workforce insights, and strengthen HR data governance. You will lead the Group’s people data strategy, partnering with HR and enterprise stakeholders to translate data into business value across employee and organisational data.

Qualifications

Degree in HR, Statistics, Data Analytics, Business, Information Systems or related discipline.
15+ years of experience in people analytics, workforce planning, HR technology, data governance or enterprise analytics.
Strong understanding of SuccessFactors, workforce data models and HR reporting environments.
Experience translating analytics into executive-level business insights.
Experience leading enterprise data management or workforce intelligence initiatives.

Responsibilities

Deliver strategic insights on workforce composition, talent, productivity, skills, organization effectiveness and workforce costs.
Support workforce planning and organizational design initiatives through data-driven insights.
Leverage predictive and diagnostic analytics to anticipate workforce trends, risks and opportunities.
Leverage internal and external platforms to improve HR and business decision-making.
Define and implement the Group's HR data strategy and management framework.
Drive improvements in data quality, consistency and usability.
Strengthen master data management, governance processes and data stewardship across the HR community.
