Job summary

enggsol pte. ltd. is seeking a strategic Workforce Intelligence & Data Strategy Lead to build and scale our people data foundations.

You will drive analytics, governance, and AI-enabled HR solutions across global operations, translating data into business value for HR and leadership. Leading a cross-functional team, you will define the data strategy, ensure data quality and compliance, and empower decision-making with dashboards and predictive insights using SAP Analytics Cloud, Visier, Power BI

Qualifications

• Degree as noted in requirements.
• 15+ years in people analytics, workforce planning, data governance, or enterprise analytics.
• Strong knowledge of HR systems and analytics platforms.
• Experience translating analytics into executive insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead the People Analytics & Data Management team.
• Set vision and roadmap for analytics and governance.
• Drive adoption of data-driven decision-making across HR and leadership.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, Legal and Risk on governance matters.
