Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in HR, business, psychology, or organisation development.
• Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in talent management, leadership development and change management in multinationals.
• Strong consulting skills to diagnose issues and influence outcomes.
• Experience building enterprise-wide talent and leadership frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead organisation effectiveness and workforce capability initiatives aligned to business needs.
• Drive global job architecture, competency frameworks and career pathways.
• Partner with leaders to identify future capability requirements and gaps.
• Develop and govern talent management, leadership development and succession processes.
• Oversee learning strategy, budget and measurement of impact.
• Utilise analytics to inform strategy and drive continuous improvement.
• Prepare board papers and stakeholder updates on talent and capability initiatives.
