Job summary

Talent Titans Pte Ltd is seeking a Solution Sales Engineer to bridge commercial and engineering teams, designing and presenting tailored satellite/RF solutions across enterprise, maritime, and government sectors. This role requires strong technical input and travel across the Asia-Pacific region.

You will work with sales to prepare proposals, demos, and workshops, and act as a technical advisor to clients, partners, and integrators, while gathering feedback to improve products and services.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, or related field.
• 23 years in pre-sales, technical sales, or solution engineering.
• Experience with satellite comms, RF systems, or telecom infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Work with sales teams to support pre-sales efforts like presentations, proposals, and client discussions
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable satellite or RF-based solutions
• Conduct product demos, workshops, and technical walkthroughs
• Support technical aspects of integration, onboarding, and project planning
• Prepare technical documents for tenders and proposals
• Act as a technical advisor to clients, integrators, and partners
• Gather customer feedback to help improve products and services
• Attend industry events, field trials, and training sessions across the region
