Job summary

Talent Titans Pte Ltd is seeking a Sales Application Engineer (SatCom) to support the sales team with technical solutions and pre-sales activities in Singapore. The role involves designing customized satellite configurations, delivering product presentations and demos, and providing Tier 1/2 support during installation and post-sales.

Ideal candidates hold a Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Telecommunications Engineering, with 3+ years in technical sales or application engineering.

Qualifications

Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Telecommunications Engineering.
3+ years experience in technical sales or application engineering.
Knowledge of VSAT, Inmarsat, Iridium, RF systems, and IP networking.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer-facing skills.
Willingness to travel regionally when required.

Responsibilities

Support sales team with technical solutions and pre-sales activities.
Design and propose customized satellite communication system configurations.
Deliver product presentations, demos, and technical documentation.
Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support during installation and post-sales.
Conduct product training for partners and customers.
Collaborate with engineering teams on product feedback and development.
