Job summary

You will coordinate bookings, prepare documents, review LC/DP/DA where applicable, and support trade finance activities across ASEAN regions.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business, Logistics, Trade Finance, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• At least three years of experience in order processing, shipping, and trade documentation.
• Knowledge of Incoterms and trade finance instruments (LC, D/P, D/A, BG).
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and MS Office 365.
• Strong organizational, time-management, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Verify accuracy of shipment information from the order processing team to ensure error-free task execution.
• Communicate pick and pack instructions to the warehouse for timely shipment preparation.
• Coordinate carrier bookings with freight forwarders upon packing list receipt.
• Draft and prepare shipment documents for customer review to ensure contract compliance.
• Generate additional documents per contract requirements to support shipment and trade processes.
• Review Letters of Credit to identify and resolve discrepancies for smooth trade finance operations.
• Submit bank documentation accurately for negotiation to facilitate payment processing.
• Initiate sales recognition procedures upon receipt of installation reports from customers.
• Notify stakeholders of shipment delays and arrange alternative delivery dates to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Monitor packing and shipment progress and follow up to ensure timely delivery.
