Responsibilities

• Process inbound delivery and prepare import documents for receiving.
• Manage order processing for export shipments and prepare shipment documents.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and warehouse to ensure timely import/export shipments.
• Assist in monthly housekeeping tasks, including open orders management and logistics support.
• Develop and share monthly schedules with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely execution.
• Compare freight rates across modes and propose cost-efficient routes.
• Prepare for monthly reporting and analytics.
• Execute other related tasks/projects as needed.
