Responsibilities

• Liaise/Coordinate with Supplier/Factory/Customer on delivery status.
• Issue sales and purchase order.
• Issue Invoices, Debit/Credit Notes to vendor and customers.
• Preparation of shipping instructions for overseas shipment.
• RFQ for new model/new projects.
• Issue delivery notes, packing lists, and stock checks.
• Updating of PO record and monthly sales accounts.
• Other duties assigned.
