Job summary

Zohorecruit in Singapore is seeking a Sales Director to lead global growth, oversee Sales and Operations, and drive profitability across ASEAN, India, Europe, and North America.

You will own the P&L, build a high-performing leadership team, and ensure operational excellence across supply chain, procurement, logistics, and inventory management in a fast-paced electronics components environment.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in the electronic components industry (distribution, manufacturing, or semiconductor-related business).
• Senior leadership experience with regional or global exposure.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the company’s global growth strategy aligned with board and shareholder objectives.
• Drive market expansion across ASEAN, India, Europe, and North America.
• Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and strategic investments.
• Ensure competitive positioning within the electronic components distribution / supply chain ecosystem.
• Lead and oversee the global Sales organization.
• Develop regional sales strategies and revenue targets.
• Strengthen key customer and supplier relationships.
• Drive business development in high-growth and strategic markets.
• Ensure strong pipeline management and forecast accuracy.
• Oversee the Operations team including supply chain, procurement, logistics, and inventory management.
• Optimize operational efficiency, cost control, and service levels.
• Strengthen supplier partnerships and improve supply continuity.
• Ensure risk management and compliance across regions.
• Full responsibility for company-wide P&L performance.
• Drive revenue growth, gross margin improvement, and cost optimization.
• Ensure financial discipline, budgeting accuracy, and capital efficiency.
• Report financial and operational performance to the Board.
• Build and lead a high-performing leadership team.
• Develop succession planning and talent management strategies.
• Foster a performance-driven, customer-focused corporate culture.
• Strengthen cross-functional collaboration between Sales and Operations.
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and corporate governance standards.
• Manage legal, contractual, and business risks across global markets.
