Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a dynamic sales professional to drive business growth across Southeast Asia and India in the electronic components sector.

You will develop customer relationships, identify new opportunities, and coordinate closely with customers, partners, distributors and Japan HQ. Responsibilities include managing activities across the region, strengthening existing accounts, presenting products, and coordinating with Japan HQ to provide timely updates on market

Qualifications

• Minimum educational qualifications in Business, Engineering, Electronics, or a related discipline.
• Prior experience in B2B sales, preferably within electronic components or semiconductor industry.
• Strong communication, relationship-building and business development skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop sales activities across Southeast Asia and India.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
• Identify and engage new customers through distributors and business partners in the region.
• Conduct product presentations and customer visits regularly, including quarterly visits.
• Facilitate business meetings, product presentations and discussions with customers and partners.
• Coordinate with Japan HQ and provide regular updates on business activities and market developments.
• Support other business activities related to the role as required.
