Responsibilities

• Proactively develop, acquire, and manage customers across different countries and international markets to drive business growth.
• Identify potential customers, establish new business relationships, and expand the company's presence in existing and emerging markets.
• Manage and grow assigned customer accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for commercial and operational matters.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with international customers by understanding their business needs, product requirements, purchasing cycles, and supply chain challenges.
• Maintain regular communication with existing customers to strengthen engagement, improve customer retention, and identify opportunities for business expansion.
• Promote the company's product portfolio, sourcing capabilities, and online platform to generate additional sales opportunities.
