Job summary

EPORTEC PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a seasoned Regional Sales professional to drive EMS product lines across Singapore, Thailand, and Malaysia.

You will lead strategic sales initiatives, build Global EMS partnerships, and coordinate cross-functional teams to maximize revenue and timely project delivery. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in any discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of sales/marketing experience in the EMS distribution industry.
• Mandarin fluency (spoken and written) for negotiations and coordination with China HQ.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional sales strategies across Singapore, Thailand, and Malaysia to achieve defined targets.
• Build partnerships with Global EMS customers in Singapore, Thailand, and Malaysia; identify project opportunities and analyze trends.
• Coordinate internal and external resources to increase revenue and ensure project delivery for key product lines.
• Manage the complete order cycle, including shipment coordination, customer requirements, inventory allocation, and collections.

Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute regional sales strategies to promote franchised product lines across Singapore, Thailand, and Malaysia, achieving defined sales targets.


• Build and expand strategic partnerships with Global EMS customers in Singapore, Thailand, and Malaysia by identifying project opportunities and analyzing market trends.


• Coordinate internal and external resources to increase revenue and ensure successful project delivery for key product lines.


• Manage the complete order cycle, including shipment coordination, addressing customer requirements, inventory allocation, and timely collection of accounts receivable.

Required competencies and certifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in any discipline.


• Minimum 5 years of sales or marketing experience in the electronic components distribution industry with proven knowledge of the EMS ecosystem in Singapore, Thailand, and/or Malaysia.


• Strong negotiation, business development, and account management skills demonstrated through successful sales outcomes.


• Fluency in Mandarin (spoken and written) to conduct business negotiations, correspondence, and contract discussions independently and collaborate effectively with China HQ and supplier teams.

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Existing networks within Global EMS accounts such as Flex, Jabil, Sanmina, Venture, Fabrinet, and SVI.
