Job summary

• At least 2 years in electronics or B2B trading.

Responsibilities

• Assist sales team with customer services, locate products, place orders/holds, and process transactions.
• Keep the sales floor organized and well-stocked.
• Identify customers' product needs and conduct market research into market trends.
• Develop business with international clients and achieve high client satisfaction.
• Manage account relationships by providing strategic service and support to assigned customers.
• Coordinate with internal and external resources to provide customer service, facilitate quoting, fulfill demand, ensure on-time delivery, and provide engineering support.
• Manage Sales Support activities for the Order to Invoice process and own the customer interface for back-end Quality processes.
• Own and maintain Inventory integrity to minimize write-offs and bill backs.
• Set strategy for the quote process, coordinate resources and processing of customer quotations, validate EOL and NCNR parts.
• Negotiate pricing and quote markup and notify customers of price increases.
