Job summary

Trd Systems in Singapore is seeking a shipping co-ordinator to manage import/export documentation, coordinate with forwarders and internal teams, and ensure timely deliveries. You will input data into SAP, respond to client inquiries, and assist with inventory packing and verification.

Qualifications

• Minimum NITEC in a related field.
• Engineering background is a plus.
• Preferably 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Basic English written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process shipping documents for import/export compliance.
• Liaise with forwarders, transporters, and internal departments for timely shipment bookings and deliveries.
• Input tracking data, inventory movements, and order information into ERP systems like SAP.
• Handle client inquiries regarding shipment status and provide customer service.
• Assist in packing, sorting, and verifying inventory accuracy.
