Job summary

SIIX SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Coordination professional to manage delivery status with suppliers, factories, and customers. You will issue sales and purchase orders, invoices, and shipping documents, and handle stock checks.

Experience with SAP and Excel is preferred, and electronics manufacturing exposure is advantageous. Diploma holders are welcome to apply; strong office automation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum diploma holder.
• Experience with SAP and sales coordination preferred but not required.
• Experience in electronics manufacturing advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel.

Responsibilities

• Liaise/Coordinate with Supplier/Factory/Customer on delivery status.
• Issue sales and purchase orders.
• Issue invoices, debit/credit notes to vendor and customers.
• Prepare shipping instructions for overseas shipments.
• RFQ for new models/new projects.
• Issue delivery notes, packing lists, and perform stock checks.
• Update PO records and monthly sales accounts.
• Other duties as assigned.
