You will shape strategic road freight programs, design scalable process enhancements, and collaborate with sales to tailor optimized supply chain solutions for major global customers. You will apply Lean Six Sigma to drive efficiency, use Power BI or Tableau to monitor performance, and travel regionally to Malaysia and Thailand to support local teams.

Qualifications

Lean Six Sigma expertise and implementation leadership.
Proficient with data analytics tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
Ability to deliver complex regional or multi-country projects.
Understand customer-facing supply chain design.
Strong communication and problem-solving in a multicultural environment.
Influence stakeholders and drive change across functions.

Responsabilités

Ensure new customer implementations follow the Global Road Customer Implementation Methodology for cross-border and domestic road.
Design and drive continuous improvement initiatives including network modelling, simulations, Lean/Six Sigma projects and service model innovation.
Set standards and build process improvement systems for country teams to follow.
Collaborate with sales to design and present optimized supply chain solutions to global customers.
Use analytics to track performance, forecast needs and identify risks early.
Share best practices across countries and work with operations, finance and IT to deliver initiatives.
Travel regularly to Malaysia and Thailand to support local teams.
