KUEHNE + NAGEL (ASIA PACIFIC) MANAGEMENT PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced professional to lead regional road logistics improvements and multi-country implementations. You will design and run continuous improvement initiatives, model networks, and partner with sales to present optimized solutions.

The role requires strong analytics, stakeholder management, and travel within the region to support teams in Malaysia and Thailand. A Lean Six Sigma belt and ~8 years in logistics are expected.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in supply chain, logistics, engineering or related field.
• ~8 years’ experience in supply chain or logistics with leadership in implementation or improvement.
• Lean Six Sigma Yellow or Green Belt certification.
• Familiarity with road logistics, customs, infrastructure and regional nuances.
• Willingness to travel regularly within the region.

• Ensure new customer implementations follow Global Road Customer Implementation Methodology across cross-border and domestic road.
• Design and run continuous improvement initiatives including network modelling, simulations and Lean/Six Sigma projects.

• Use analytics to track performance, forecast needs and spot risks early.
• Share best practices across countries and work with ops, finance and IT to deliver initiatives.

What You Will Do

• Ensure new customer implementations follow our Global Road Customer Implementation Methodology, across cross-border and domestic road.
• Design and run continuous improvement initiatives, including network modelling, simulations, Lean/Six Sigma projects and service model innovation.
• Set standards and build process improvement systems that country teams can follow.
• Work with sales to design and present optimised supply chain solutions to key global customers.
• Use analytics to track performance, forecast needs and spot risks early.
• Share best practice across countries and work with operations, finance and IT to deliver initiatives.
• Travel regularly to Malaysia and Thailand to support local teams.

Key Skills

• Continuous improvement expertise (Lean and Six Sigma) and experience in strategic project implementation.
• Confident with data analytics tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Ability to deliver complex regional or multi-country projects.
• Understand customer-facing supply chain design.
• Communicate well and solve problems with a clear head.
• Influence stakeholders and drive change in a multicultural environment.

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree in supply chain management, logistics, engineering or a related field.
• Around 8 years’ experience in supply chain or logistics, including implementation or improvement leadership.
• Prior experience with process improvement and hold a Lean Six Sigma Yellow or Green Belt.
• Familiarity with road logistics, including customs regulations, infrastructure and market nuances.
• Willingness to travel regularly within the region.
