Job summary

The role emphasizes Lean, Six Sigma and Kaizen to redesign workflows, lift productivity and service levels, and collaborate with senior stakeholders. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3+ years in logistics, with experience in 3PL/4PL variants and strong persuasive

Qualifications

• Experience in modern warehouse and distribution operations.
• Experience in 3PL/4PL/LLP variations is a plus.
• Ability to present solutions persuasively to customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead transformation projects end-to-end with scope, timelines, deliverables and success metrics.
• Identify and fix inefficiencies using Lean, Six Sigma or Kaizen to redesign workflows.
• Turn data into decisions by analysing operational data and building dashboards and KPIs.
• Develop and roll out best practices across sites.
• Partner with Operations, HR, Finance and IT and work with site leaders to embed new ways of working.
• Lead workshops, training and communications to build a lasting continuous improvement culture.
• Deliver bottom-line results by identifying cost savings and improving resource utilisation.
