Job summary

RGE is seeking a freight and logistics leader to own the group’s logistics operations in Singapore, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth shipment coordination and issue resolution. You will drive end-to-end supply chain alignment, manage 3PL performance, and partner with business units to deliver continuous improvement via digital initiatives, with travel up to 20%.

Qualifications

• Degree in logistics/ supply chain, engineering or business management.
• 5-7 years of relevant logistics operations experience.
• Experience in planning, executing and monitoring enterprise transformation initiatives, including digitalization/ AI implementation.
• Communication skills and stakeholder management experience in a matrix organization.
• Strong mindset of continuous improvement and analytical, hands-on approach.
• Willingness to travel (up to 20%).

Responsibilities

• Own logistics operations and establish working relationships across internal and external stakeholders for shipment coordination and issue resolution.
• Drive supply chain process alignment, check and training across the group.
• Manage performance of 3PLs: leading business and operations reviews to exceed KPIs and act as escalation point for key issues.
• Partner with Business Units and functions to deliver continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency and productivity, including through digital/ technology implementation.
• Contribute to the team’s/ department’s knowledge by actively sharing best practices and guiding other team members as necessary.
