Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in logistics, supply chain, engineering, or business management.
• 5–7 years of relevant logistics operations experience (freight and warehousing).
• Experience with enterprise transformation initiatives, including digitalization/AI.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management in a matrix organization.
• Continuous improvement mindset with analytical, hands-on approach.

Responsibilities

• Own logistics operations and coordinate shipments with internal and external stakeholders.
• Drive process alignment and check/training across the group.
• Manage 3PL performance; lead reviews and escalate key issues.
• Partner with Business Units to deliver digital/technology initiatives.
• Share best practices and mentor team members.
