You will coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality service and grow existing accounts, while leading your direct team and sales channels in a fast-paced environment.

You will focus on pricing strategies, market research, and proactive customer engagement to ensure sustained, profitable growth across the network.

Responsabilidades

• Develop strategies and plans for the assigned trade lane to generate revenue and expand client base.
• Lead daily and weekly team stand-up meetings to identify and resolve business issues.
• Own and drive all sales activities of customers within your control from prospecting to closing.
• Provide up-to-date market and pricing information to stakeholders and align pricing with local conditions.
• Reactivate customers through high levels of service quality and effective engagement.
