You will coordinate with internal teams and 3PLs to ensure seamless shipments and KPI delivery. You bring a degree in logistics or related field, 5–7 years in logistics operations, strong stakeholder management, and a continuous improvement mindset.

Qualifications

• Degree in logistics or supply chain, engineering, or business management.
• 5–7 years of relevant logistics operations experience.
• Experience planning and executing enterprise transformation initiatives including digitalization/AI.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management in a matrix organization.
• Continuous improvement mindset with analytical, hands-on approach.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.

Responsabilités

• Manage RGE group's freight operations and logistics excellence initiatives.
• Own logistics operations and coordinate shipments with internal and external stakeholders.
• Drive supply chain process alignment and training across the group.
• Manage performance of 3PLs and escalate key issues.
• Partner with Business Units to deliver digitalization / technology initiatives.
• Share best practices and mentor team members.
