Job summary

Golden Agri International Pte Ltd is seeking a senior rewards leader to set and govern the international rewards and performance agenda across Singapore, MEA, Europe and the US, including M&A activities end to end.

You will design global reward frameworks, own annual pay reviews, lead benchmarking and job architecture, and ensure compliance with local pay and statutory requirements while supporting international mobility and post‑deal integration.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in rewards across multiple markets.
• Proven M&A reward experience across deal lifecycles.
• Strong analytics, benchmarking and job evaluation expertise.
• Executive stakeholder management in a matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and govern reward frameworks: salary structures, incentives, benefits and recognition across all in-scope markets.
• Own the annual performance and pay review cycle – calibration, budgets, guidelines and communication.
• Lead market benchmarking and job architecture; maintain pay competitiveness and internal equity.
• Ensure compliance with local pay, tax and statutory requirements in each market.
• Lead international mobility for global deployment of talent.
• Lead reward and people-cost due diligence on acquisitions and divestments.
• Design harmonisation and transition plans for acquired populations.
• Drive post-deal integration of pay, benefits and performance frameworks.
