JERA Global Markets Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Rewards professional to join the HR team at Rewards Specialist or Manager level.

The role oversees Remuneration Committee governance, benchmarks and salary banding, plus incentives, benefits strategy and related governance across a growing global energy trading business. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates strong numeric and analytical skills, and will drive reward projects across multiple jurisdictions

Qualifications

• 4–8 years in compensation or rewards roles, ideally in financial services or commodities trading.
• Experience supporting Remuneration Committee governance and board-ready materials.
• Experience with HR budgeting, financial modelling and cost reporting.
• Degree in Finance, Economics, Business or HR; CIPD/CCP advantageous.
• Advanced Excel (financial modelling, pivot tables, VLOOKUP/INDEX-MATCH); Power BI a plus.
• Experience with HRIS platforms (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM).
• Understanding of reward practices and employment law across multiple jurisdictions (UK, SG, Japan, US).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the Remuneration Committee and compensation review cycle.
• Conduct market benchmarking and present board-ready findings.
• Manage compensation structures, job grades and salary bands.
• Design, administer and review annual incentive and bonus schemes.
• Support hiring, promotions, retention and organisational changes with pay data.
• Maintain reward dashboards and headcount cost analysis.
• Lead benefits strategy and vendor relationships.
• Deliver HR budget, forecasting and cost reporting.
• Partner with HR Operations, Finance to ensure data integrity.
