Saison International Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Compensation & Benefits leader to develop and execute the Global Rewards strategy across geographies including Singapore, India, Brazil & Mexico, partnering with Singapore HR operations to refine policy and implement after our Workday rollout.

The role requires deep global compensation expertise, a hands-on, high-impact approach, and comfort using AI tools to accelerate analysis, modelling and executive communications across regions.

Qualifications

• Senior HR leadership experience in global rewards/compensation
• Experience across multi-country cycles, incentives, and HR operations
• Finance, Legal and business collaboration experience

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement a holistic global rewards strategy across multiple geographies
• Drive benchmarking, market analysis, and pay structure design
• Lead multi-country reward programme design including executive compensation and retention schemes
• Govern governance and compliance for rewards programmes
• Digitise rewards processes in Workday using AI to accelerate analysis
• Partner with Global Talent Head to align performance and compensation processes
• Model rewards scenarios with AI tools and provide recommendations to senior leaders
• Manage vendor RFPs and rewards/benefits budgeting with senior stakeholders
• Support Singapore HR operations and collaborate to enhance employee experience
