Job summary

Singtel is seeking a Manager, Rewards & Well Being to lead and shape competitive reward programmes across Singapore and overseas entities.

You will manage end-to-end reward processes, conduct market benchmarking, job evaluation, and develop business cases balancing competitiveness, equity, affordability and employee experience. Strong stakeholder management and analytics are essential to success in this role.

Qualifications

• Degree in HR, Business, Finance or related discipline.
• 7–10 years of HR experience with total rewards exposure.
• Strong knowledge of compensation principles and market benchmarking.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end annual reward processes including salary review, bonuses and promotions.
• Run market benchmarking and compensation analysis to inform recommendations.
• Conduct job evaluation and sizing for new and changed roles.
• Review salary structures and reward frameworks, building options and business cases.
• Manage benefits and wellbeing programmes using data and feedback.
• Develop analytics and management insights to translate data into actions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to influence budgets and policies.
• Strengthen governance and drive automation of reward processes.
