Our client is a newly established, well-backed global business operating in a complex, asset-intensive sector. Headquartered in Singapore and expanding across key international markets, the organisation is building its corporate capabilities and infrastructure to support its continued growth. It is seeking to appoint a Manager, Total Rewards to support the development of its global rewards function.
Reporting to the Head of Rewards, you will play a key role in developing and implementing the company's global rewards policies, frameworks and processes across compensation and benefits. You will provide analytical and execution support across executive and broad-based compensation, including remuneration and incentive programmes, job architecture, salary structures, benchmarking and rewards governance across international markets. Working closely with HR and business stakeholders, you will support the establishment and continuous enhancement of rewards processes, reporting and infrastructure as the organisation grows.
You are an experienced rewards professional with strong exposure to compensation structuring, benchmarking, annual remuneration cycles and benefits. Experience supporting the establishment or redesign of total rewards capabilities within a growing organisation will be highly advantageous. Prior experience in asset-intensive, B2B environments with complex international operations is preferred. Highly numerate and analytical, you are hands‑on, solutions‑oriented and comfortable working independently in a dynamic environment.
