Allianz Global Investors is a global asset manager seeking a visionary Head of Rewards to shape and govern our compensation strategy across regions. You will partner with executive leadership to attract, retain, and reward top talent while ensuring regulatory compliance and governance standards.

Based in Singapore or other key hubs, you will lead a high-performing rewards team, drive analytics, benchmarking, and pay-structure decisions that align with business priorities and long-term

Qualifications

• Significant experience in compensation and regulatory remuneration.
• Expertise in governance and Compensation Committee practices.
• Deep knowledge of job architecture, benchmarking, and analytics.
• Strong commercial judgment translating complex topics into executive recommendations.
• Experience leading geographically dispersed teams.

Responsabilités

• Define and evolve AllianzGI's global reward philosophy, strategy, policies, and governance framework.
• Lead annual compensation processes, including salary reviews, variable compensation, deferred compensation, retention programs, and incentive plans.
• Advise on executive compensation, hiring packages, buyouts, retention awards, and separation arrangements.
• Lead reward-related activities for M&A transactions, integrations, restructurings, team lift-outs, and organizational transformations.
• Oversee implementation of regulatory remuneration requirements, including disclosures and reporting obligations.
