• Strong MS Office skills, especially Power BI, Power Automate and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Support annual rewards cycle across regions, including data extraction for benchmarking and data quality scrubs.
• Assist in market salary surveys, data validation, and vendor relations.
• Support job evaluation, grade structures and governance for rewards; help benefits projects and compliance.
