Job summary

Nomura seeks a seasoned compensation and HR analytics professional to join the Group Reward function in Singapore. You will lead year-end compensation cycles, model bonus and salary review processes, and partner with HRBPs and senior leaders to advise on market competitiveness.

You'll work with data from market providers, drive analytics across IWM/Private Banking and cross-divisional topics, and contribute to firm-wide compensation standards and governance with a focus on accuracy and timely

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in compensation, reward, or HR analytics.
• Commercial awareness of financial services compensation structures.
• Experience delivering a front-to-back year-end compensation process, including bonus modelling and salary review.
• Knowledge of market data providers, e.g. McLagan and/or Willis Towers Watson.
• Strong Excel skills; experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and HR analytics platforms (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors).
• Ability to distil complex topics into concise presentations for senior audiences.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR Business Partners and divisional leadership to deliver compensation advisory and annual review support.
• Manage year-end compensation cycle, including bonus allocation modelling and pool management.
• Conduct benchmarking and survey analysis to evaluate fixed pay ranges and total compensation.
• Provide cross-divisional analytics and advisory support across Asia ex. Japan region.
• Support Remuneration Committee materials, including governance reporting and disclosures.
• Collaborate with Finance, HR, and Strategy to deliver people-based analytics for budgeting and headcount planning.
• Lead firm-wide compensation projects with Group Head of Reward and drive innovation in compensation analytics.
