Job summary

Marsh, based in Singapore, seeks an intern to join the Compensation Consulting team within People and Investments. This hybrid role requires at least three days in the office weekly, with duties spanning TRS data management and advisory support across Singapore and the wider SEA region.

You will gain exposure to job evaluations, salary design and data analytics while collaborating with consultants and stakeholders on client-ready insights.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Excel with dynamic models to simulate compensation scenarios.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint with structured narratives and data visualizations.
• Ability to summarize findings into practical implications.
• Ability to navigate public filings, peer group data and market news for pay information.
• Available full-time for 3 to 6 months starting May 2027.

Responsibilities

• Support the management of the Total Remuneration Surveys by reviewing and validating client data submissions.
• Assist with ad-hoc client data requests and support market outreach for rewards products and services.
• Support advisory projects such as job evaluations and salary structure designs.
• Conduct targeted research on industry trends, regulatory requirements, and labour market conditions in Singapore and SEA.
• Prepare materials and summarize discussions for client workshops and meetings.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather data and resources for project execution.
