Job summary

Dyson is seeking a Release Train Engineer to lead delivery execution and agile practices for a global mobile engineering organisation. You will coordinate iOS/Android releases, drive PI planning, and manage dependencies across teams in Singapore, Poland, the UK and Dubai.

A strong focus on governance, risk, and executive reporting enables predictable delivery and continuous improvement. You will oversee Scrum Masters, work with product and QA, and ensure smooth deployments to Apple App Store and

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in software delivery, programme management, release management, or related disciplines.
Proven experience coordinating delivery across multiple Agile teams.
Strong experience releasing customer-facing mobile apps on iOS/Android.
Excellent stakeholder management and ability to influence across geographies.
Knowledge of Apple App Store and Google Play deployment workflows.
Strong analytical mindset with data-driven delivery improvements.

Responsibilities

Lead Program Increment planning and quarterly planning across global teams.
Drive alignment and execution across multiple Agile teams distributed worldwide.
Coordinate dependencies across teams and ARTs.
Lead Agile Health Checks and track improvement progress.
Drive continuous improvement and translate learnings into actions.
Manage delivery risks, dependencies, impediments, and escalations.
Provide executive-level reporting on program health, progress, and risks.
Govern end-to-end release management for mobile apps (iOS/Android).
Coordinate releases to Apple App Store and Google Play with phased rollouts.
Develop Scrum Masters and promote Agile maturity across teams.
