Job summary

YouTrip is seeking a Staff Mobile Engineer in Singapore to lead Flutter/Dart mobile development and drive replatforming across iOS and Android. You will mentor engineers, ensure performance and maintainability, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-quality mobile experiences.

The role emphasizes architecture, reliability, and continuous improvement of the mobile stack while aligning with business goals and market needs.

Qualifications

Minimum 7 years of mobile app development experience.
3+ years of Flutter and Dart experience.
Proficiency in Swift or Kotlin (prefer both).
Demonstrated experience designing scalable mobile architectures.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Experience with CI/CD and automated testing.

Responsibilities

Lead Flutter/Dart mobile development across platforms.
Architect robust, maintainable mobile solutions with platform-specific enhancements.
Own app deployment accounts and certificates.
Handle crash/incident triage and hotfix decisions.
Modernize mobile tech stack using Swift/Kotlin where needed.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement scalable solutions.
