Job summary

Dyson Operations Pte Ltd is seeking a Product Delivery & Process Excellence Manager to lead and harmonize the software, hardware and power systems delivery. You will design and deploy a framework for tracking complex programs, acting as a single point of contact across NPD to ensure data-driven, timely and high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years in Hardware and Software product development (IoT/Consumer Electronics/Automotive).
• Experience leading Agile/Scrum programs and large cross-functional delivery.
• Proven ability to deploy automated dashboards and metrics for exec reporting.
• Strong knowledge of risk management and stakeholder engagement.
• Excellent communication and leadership across global teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive software/hardware excellence practices with live dashboards.
• Maintain KPI reporting for project health, risks, and performance.
• Lead complex projects balancing scope, schedule, cost, quality.
• Ensure readiness to safety, regulatory, and quality requirements.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and alignment.
• Coach junior project managers and build capability.
• Capture and apply lessons learned to improve delivery.
