Job summary

Dyson Institute is seeking a highly driven Release Train Engineer to lead delivery execution, release governance and agile practices across our global mobile engineering organisation. You will coordinate end-to-end planning for iOS and Android apps, manage dependencies, coach Scrum Masters, and ensure successful planning, execution and releases with App Store and Google Play deployments.

This role requires strong stakeholder management and a practical understanding of mobile release processes

Qualifications

• 8+ years in software delivery, programme management, release management, or related discipline.
• Proven experience coordinating delivery across multiple Agile teams.
• Strong track record managing releases for customer-facing digital products, mobile apps.
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to influence diverse audiences.
• Experience with external vendors and offshore teams is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead PI and quarterly planning and cross-team delivery initiatives.
• Coordinate dependencies across teams and ARTs.
• Lead Agile Health Checks and drive continuous improvement.
• Manage delivery risks, impediments, and escalations.
• Provide executive-level reporting on programme health and release readiness.
• Oversee release governance for iOS and Android apps.
• Coordinate releases to Apple App Store and Google Play with phased rollouts.
• Develop Scrum Masters and promote Agile excellence.
• Govern end-to-end release management lifecycle across mobile apps.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, QA and external partners.
