Job summary
Dyson is seeking a Lead Project Manager for its New Product Development robotics team in Singapore. You will drive cross-functional programs spanning software, hardware and manufacturing, delivering integrated robotic solutions.
You will collaborate with senior leadership, manage agile processes, coordinate external vendors, and ensure on-time, within-budget delivery while upholding Dyson standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, with first or upper-second class preferred.
- Experience with agile working using Atlassian tools is desirable.
- Experience coordinating delivery across multiple Agile teams in a complex tech environment.
- Robotics project management experience preferred.
- PM certifications (PMP, CSM/A-CSM/CSP-SM) preferred.
- Proficiency in Mandarin and English is essential.
- Willingness to travel to China for partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Deliver projects from ideation to prototyping maturity across teams.
- Governance of technology maturity within agile robotics development.
- Coordinate external vendors and ensure high-quality software delivery.
- Communicate project status to senior management and stakeholders.
- Ensure use of Dyson development processes and engineering discipline.
- Manage risks, actions, and issues; maintain trackers.
