Job description

Joining Razer will place you on a global mission to revolutionize the way the world games. Razer is a place to do great work, offering you the opportunity to make an impact globally while working across a global team located across 5 continents. Razer is also a great place to work, providing you the unique, gamer‑centric #LifeAtRazer experience that will put you in an accelerated growth, both personally and professionally.

Job Responsibilities

As the Global Programs Lead, People & Organization, you will orchestrate some of Razer’s most important people initiatives – shaping how we set goals, develop talent, strengthen leadership, and build culture across more than 20 global locations. Reporting to the Director, Global People Experience Operations, with a dotted line to the Global Head of People & Organization, you will be at the intersection of strategy, execution, culture‑building, and global collaboration.

You will work closely with regional HR teams and cross‑functional leaders across Marketing, Finance, Legal, IT, and Global Offices to design and harmonize global frameworks that enable consistency, clarity, and scale. This is a role for someone who wants to shape how a global organization operates and build the broad capability foundation needed for future leadership roles.

  • Own the global frameworks for talent management, performance cycles, goal setting/OKRs, succession planning, and manager enablement.
  • Coordinate and harmonize global program calendars, ensuring alignment, clarity, and readiness across regions.
  • Partner with regional HR teams to guide implementation while ensuring consistency and global standards (regions run execution; you own the system).
  • Design scalable toolkits, templates, and employee/manager communications to support the rollout of global programs.
  • Lead global engagement initiatives and core culture‑building moments.
  • Work closely with cross‑functional teams (Marketing, Finance, Legal, IT, Global Offices) to support campaigns, compliance, budgets, and activation.
  • Develop insights and recommendations based on feedback and data to continuously improve global programs.
  • Establish program governance, tracking progress, risks, and readiness across regions.
  • Support global rollouts of leadership and manager development programs, including new capabilities like AI for Managers.
  • Create high‑quality narratives and communication materials to support senior decision‑making and global alignment.
Pre‑Requisites
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication; able to simplify complex ideas for global audiences.
  • Strong program and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Structured thinking, systems mindset, and comfort with ambiguity.
  • Ability to build frameworks, toolkits, and comms that scale globally.
  • Data‑informed approach to decision‑making.
  • Thrives in a fast‑moving, global environment.
  • Enjoys connecting dots across people, systems, processes, and culture.
  • Collaborative, curious, and solutions‑oriented.
