A leading gaming company in Singapore is seeking a Global Programs Lead to manage crucial people initiatives that shape organizational strategy and culture globally. As the Global Programs Lead, People & Organization, you will orchestrate some of Razer’s most important people initiatives – shaping how we set goals, develop talent, strengthen leadership, and build culture across more than 20 global locations. Reporting to the Director, Global People Experience Operations, with a dotted line to the Global Head of People & Organization, you will be at the intersection of strategy, execution, culture‑building, and global collaboration.
You will work closely with regional HR teams and cross‑functional leaders across Marketing, Finance, Legal, IT, and Global Offices to design and harmonize global frameworks that enable consistency, clarity, and scale. This is a role for someone who wants to shape how a global organization operates and build the broad capability foundation needed for future leadership roles.
