Job summary

OPTIMUM SOLUTIONS (SINGAPORE) PTE LTD is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead end-to-end initiatives across Data and Finance in Singapore. You will coordinate with Finance, Data, Business, Technology and vendors to align priorities, manage dependencies and drive outcomes.

The role requires deep knowledge of PM principles, SDLC, and Agile, with hands-on delivery experience, strong data and financial systems background, and excellent leadership in matrixed environments.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of program/project management experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Proven knowledge of PM principles, SDLC and Agile with end-to-end delivery.
• Experience in data management, financial systems, system integration and reporting.
• Understanding of accounting standards and regulatory requirements in banking/finance.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Excel Macros, PowerPoint, SharePoint, MS Project and JIRA; strong communication.
• Strong leadership, organization and presentation skills; able to manage multiple stakeholders under pressure.
• PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program management across Data and Finance, from planning and execution through successful delivery.
• Partner with Finance, Data, Business, Technology, and vendor teams to align priorities, manage dependencies, and drive outcomes.
• Lead data, design, and solution discussions and manage internal/external project teams to deliver within scope, timelines, and budget.
• Establish and maintain project governance, including governance meetings, status reporting, documentation, and compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.
• Manage scope, change requests, risks, issues, timelines, and costs, ensuring appropriate impact assessment, approvals, and timely escalation.
• Drive the testing strategy and testing cycles, ensuring effective defect management and resolution of all critical and high-priority defects within agreed timelines.
