Job summary

INFRASOFT TECHNOLOGIES PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a Project Manager / Business Analyst to lead end-to-end projects, from scoping to production, in the Global Markets domain.

You will collaborate with regional and central IT teams, coordinate UAT and go-live activities, manage risks, and deliver IT solutions on time. Proficiency in SQL and Jira, plus strong stakeholder management, is preferred.

Qualifications

• Hands-on project delivery across Front-to-Back in Global Markets.
• Experience collaborating with regional and central IT teams.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to define business specs.
• Familiar with matrix organizations and stakeholder sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Project manager on topics allocated; manage end-to-end scoping, execution, testing and production.
• Functional expert on the domain; conduct studies and define solutions.
• Provide production support at a functional level when needed.
• Plan and coordinate UAT, change management and go-live support.
• Work in a matrix environment with Regional and Central IT teams and clients.
• Collaborate with development teams regionally/globally to deliver IT Solutions.
• Influence global teams to meet APAC requirements; communicate risks timely.
• Escalate risks/issues to management/ steering committees promptly.
• Provide tactical and strategic solutions under tight timelines.
• Deliver trainings to business users and APS team; prepare support docs.
