Job summary

Infrasoft Technologies Limited is seeking a seasoned project/program manager to own end-to-end delivery of complex programs. You will facilitate governance committees, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure plans, budgets, and schedules stay aligned with business commitments.

The role requires strong communication, budgeting, and analytical skills, with experience in regulatory or financial domains.

Qualifications

Experience in delivering programs/projects end-to-end.
Strong budgeting, estimations and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication with end users and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

End-to-end responsibility for achieving program objectives as committed by the business line.
Facilitate committees and work with project team for deliverables, prioritization, estimations, and planning.
Prepare, consolidate, and validate estimates and schedules; manage project costs and capacity.
Plan resourcing and capacity based on project needs; manage release planning and reports.
Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, and transversal teams (security, solution architects, compliance).
Assist the team in gathering high-level business requirements and manage GFS; support UAT and SIT strategies.
