Job summary

Exasoft Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Project Manager to lead end-to-end projects across local, regional, and global teams.

You will develop detailed plans, manage budgets and timelines, and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful delivery. The role requires 8+ years in infrastructure project management, strong vendor and PMO governance experience, and a track record of delivering multi-country initiatives within USD 500K+ budgets.

Qualifications

• 8 years of IT Infrastructure Project Management experience in large, cross-functional environments.
• Experience leading regional or multi-country infrastructure projects with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience with budgets of USD 500K or more and end-to-end delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end IT Infrastructure projects within scope, budget, quality, and timelines.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, and budgets.
• Manage multiple medium to high-complexity projects across local, regional, and global teams.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including Infrastructure, IT, Business, PMO, vendors, and customers.
• Monitor deliverables, dependencies, risks, and issues throughout the lifecycle.
• Identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and drive timely resolutions.
• Manage project financials, budgets, forecasting, and financial closure.
• Provide regular status updates to stakeholders and leadership.
• Facilitate meetings, document decisions, and ensure follow-up and closure.
• Maintain PMO reporting, dashboards, and request logs.
• Gather business requirements and support business case development.
• Secure resources required for delivery.
• Ensure adherence to PMO governance and quality standards.
• Drive stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors and partners to ensure delivery.
• Identify process improvements for timeliness and efficiency.
• Support roadmap initiatives and portfolio-level objectives.
• Anticipate business needs and propose infrastructure solutions.
