Job summary

Beyondsoft International (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. is seeking a capable Project Manager to help plan, coordinate, and deliver IT initiatives across stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors. You will assist in requirements gathering and support the end-to-end deployment from SIT through go-live.

The role emphasizes managing risks, tracking dependencies, and delivering clear status updates while ensuring production readiness and smooth handover to operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3-5 years of project manager experience with exposure to project coordination or delivery.
• Experience in project implementation (SIT, UAT, go-live support).
• Basic experience in requirements gathering or business analysis is an advantage.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced project environment.
• Familiarity with ITIL or project governance practices is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support project planning, timelines, and coordination to ensure smooth delivery
• Work closely with stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to ensure alignment
• Assist in gathering and documenting business and system requirements (BA exposure is an advantage)
• Support end-to-end system implementation, including SIT, UAT, deployment, and go-live
• Track and manage project risks, issues (Sev 1 / Sev 2), and dependencies
• Coordinate across infrastructure, system, and application teams during execution
• Prepare and present project status reports, including risks and issue updates
• Facilitate meetings, discussions, and solution walkthroughs when required
• Ensure solutions meet business needs and support smooth production rollout
• Work with operations teams for handover and post-go-live support readiness
